TREVOSE, PA – November 21, 2025

The Advertising Specialty Institute® (ASI), the premier show and events provider in the $26.6 billion promotional products industry, is gearing up for ASI Orlando 2026, taking place January 5-7 at the Orange County Convention Center. As the first major promo trade show of the year and the largest show on the East Coast, the event gives distributors an effective way to discover new products, meet top suppliers and build early momentum for 2026.

“Orlando sets the tone for an entire year of selling success,” said Timothy M. Andrews, ASI president and chief executive officer. “Distributors know this show is where they’ll find fresh ideas, sharpen their skills and build relationships that move their business forward. If you haven’t registered yet, it’s time to kick off 2026 with inspiration, insight and real opportunity.”

Day-by-day look at learning, networking and product discovery:

Monday, Jan. 5: Education Day, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. ET

  • Education Day helps distributors get ahead before the show floor opens, starting with ASI Chairman Matthew Cohn’s strategy session on getting the most out of an ASI show, followed by 20 classes covering a broad array of business topics, including print on demand, sustainability, marketing, AI, decoration, entrepreneur essentials and other core topics.
  • The ever-popular Lunch & Learn, 12-1:20 p.m., connects distributors with suppliers who share trend-forward products and selling tips. The late-afternoon Tactics & Takeaways wrap-up, 4:10-5 p.m., highlights the most useful learning tips of the day.
  • Attendees can end the afternoon at the New Product Preview Reception, 5-6 p.m., for a first look at new items for 2026, with light snacks, beer and wine.
  • On-site education is backed by seven additional tracks in the online ASI Learning Network (asicentral.com/education), ASI’s free, on-demand education platform, teaching distributors the latest business strategies 24/7, year-round.

Tuesday, Jan. 6: Exhibit Day 1, show floor open 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

  • The day begins with Caffeinate & Collaborate, 8:30-9:45 a.m., where distributors join small-group discussions to swap ideas, compare approaches and gather fresh solutions before heading to the show floor.
  • The Orlando show floor features thousands of new and trending promo products and hundreds of suppliers ready to share campaign ideas and help distributors plan for a successful selling year ahead.
  • The ASI Gala at Ole Red, 7-10 p.m., offers the week’s biggest networking opportunity, with live music, live band karaoke, southern-style food and a dynamic atmosphere that brings distributors and suppliers together in a more relaxed setting.

Wednesday, Jan. 7: Exhibit Day 2, show floor open 10 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

  • Gear up with a keynote from Atlanta Hawks CMO Melissa Proctor, 8:30-9:45 a.m., exploring brand building, leadership and the power of focus. The rest of the day gives distributors more time to compare products, build supplier relationships and wrap up sourcing for early 2026 campaigns.

Additional Networking and Show Floor Features

  • Mix & Mingle Meetups take place throughout the show, offering casual conversations, a cash bar and easy opportunities to meet peers. Expo Hall activities encourage quick stops and spontaneous connections as attendees explore the floor.
  • At ASI Booth #827, distributors can book one-on-one sessions for personalized support and solutions.
  • ASI distributor members receive one free hotel night (terms and conditions apply).
  • Registration features quick tablet-based check-in, eco-friendly badges and the sustainability-minded Mix & Merch area where attendees choose the items they want.
  • A new Product Showcase + QR scanning tool lets attendees scan items in the showcase and save them directly into the ASI ESP+ technology platform, making product research easier.
