Mr. Bucolo was previously senior vice president. He has worked for ASI for 29 years in leadership roles in the areas of finance, purchasing, production, customer service and new member acquisition.
As chief operating officer, Mr. Bucolo will continue to report to Timothy M. Andrews, president and chief executive officer, and he will continue to be responsible for all production of magazines, catalogs and marketing materials; customer service; membership recruitment; and warehouse services.
In addition, Vince Mendola, chief financial officer, will now report to him, to leverage Bucolo’s business management skills across finance and, as appropriate, other parts of the organization.
“Vince has introduced more efficient ways of doing business, and I expect that to continue to be the case,” said Timothy M. Andrews, president and chief executive officer. “He has helped to seamlessly incorporate the production of three apparel magazines that ASI acquired, has improved customer service and has developed sales approaches to reach record levels of new members.”
“One of his more notable assignments involved helping to research and select our current location and then successfully consolidating four separate offices into our single headquarters,” Andrews said.
“I appreciate this opportunity,” said Bucolo. “ASI is the leader in the promotional products industry. I look forward to developing additional products and services to help our members grow, and also to researching and implementing new ways that ASI can become more productive.”
