ASI® Names Carol Albright Senior Vice President of Human Resources

TREVOSE, PA – February 27, 2008 The Advertising Specialty Institute® (ASI), the largest media and marketing organization serving the advertising specialty industry, named Carol Albright senior vice president of human resources. 

Ms. Albright will continue to report to Timothy M. Andrews, president and chief executive officer, and she is responsible for managing the company’s benefits programs, employee performance coaching and improvement processes, and recruiting plans. 

Prior to this announcement, Ms. Albright was vice president of human resources.  She has served ASI for 21 years in a variety of leadership roles that have developed, shaped and advanced human resources at ASI during a period of growth that quadrupled the number of employees.

Ms. Albright holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial labor relations from Rider University and a master’s degree in instructional systems design and performance technology from Pennsylvania State University.

She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the American Society for Training and Development, and the International Society for Performance Improvement.

She resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
