TREVOSE, PA – May 24, 2023

The 2023 ASI Power Summit hosted by the Advertising Specialty Institute® (ASI) on October 22-24 will feature two top-tier keynote speakers, 11 strategy sessions, 10 industry experts and three days of non-stop learning and networking. Registration is open.

This year’s ASI Power Summit in Pasadena, CA, brings together suppliers and distributors to cultivate relationships and grow their business through education, experiences and connections with power players throughout the $25.8 billion promotional products industry.

Keynote speaker Erika Ayers is CEO of Barstool Sports, the most influential sports, lifestyle and entertainment media brand on the internet. Ayers has a proven track record of building digital businesses, developing culturally relevant brands and pioneering distribution and monetization strategies.

“We designed our panel discussions and education sessions to help business leaders think big, move fast and focus on the long game through proven growth strategies,” said ASI CEO Tim Andrews

Ronald J. Manuel, an FBI Supervisory Special Agent leading the Los Angeles Cyber Task Force, will headline a special “Cyber Counteroffensive” session with tips on ways promo companies can defend their data and help avoid severe and costly cyberattacks.

“The Power Summit provides executives a rare chance to connect with and learn from their peers during a time of unprecedented global challenges,” said Timothy M. Andrews, president and chief executive officer of ASI, the promo industry’s largest technology, marketing and information provider. “We designed our panel discussions and education sessions to help business leaders think big, move fast and focus on the long game through proven growth strategies.”

Panel participants include several executives on the prestigious Counselor Power 50 list, including Jo Gilley, CEO, Overture Promotions (asi/288473); CJ Schmidt, CEO, Hit Promotional Products (asi/61125); Jeremy Lott, President/CEO, SanMar (asi/84863); and Michael Scott Cohen, CEO, Harper + Scott (asi/220052). ASI will unveil the names on the 2023 Power 50 list during the Power Summit.

Session topics include AI, emerging markets, sustainability and distance buying, while providing strategies for targeting the youth market, combatting quiet quitting and gaining market share.

ASI’s 16th Power Summit takes place at the Langham Huntington in Pasadena, a Condé Nast Traveler “Readers’ Choice” and Forbes 4-Star hotel, featuring 23 acres of classic architecture and landscape in greater Los Angeles.

Registration is open, but ASI limits the leading and most well-attended conference for promo executives, entrepreneurs and business owners to about 200 to give every participant time to talk, connect and strategize. The October time frame also helps attendees set the stage for success in 2024 and beyond.

This is ASI’s first in-person Power Summit since 2019. The registration fee includes all education sessions, meals and networking receptions for the duration of the event.
