Moves to Van Nuys, Ontario, Newport Beach, San Diego and Phoenix Sept. 20-24
TREVOSE, PA – September 3, 2010 – The Advantages Roadshow, managed by The ASI Show, announced a successful four-day week in the northeast as part of its 16-week 2010 schedule. As the largest and best-attended traveling show in the advertising specialty industry, more than 6,700 distributors have attended an Advantages Roadshow to date this year
Distributors in the Northeast II portion of the tour – shows were held in Boston, Long Island, Philadelphia and Baltimore – spent time with leading suppliers introducing the latest advertising specialties.

“The roadshow was definitely worth attending – we scored a $70,000 order,” said supplier Cindy Ticer of Navitor Folders (asi/43925). “And we re-established relationships with people we’ve never seen face-to-face before, which was wonderful. We’re more than happy.”
“These days, it’s all about connections and innovative ways of doing business more efficiently,” said distributor Deb Sheldon of ABC Specialtees. “The Advantages Roadshow is a productive environment that allows me to spend quality time with leading suppliers in a really cost-effective manner.”
A total of 50 attendees also enjoyed free education designed to help them sell in any economic environment. Sessions included “Getting Started in the Advertising Specialty Industry,” for new distributors who want to sell promotional products; the “Exhibitor Presents” session, featuring hot products; and the “Sell More Products Faster with ESP Web and ESP Orders” session, which outlined the instant access, intelligent search, innovative marketing and integrated ordering features of these new services.
The show co-located with the Stitches Roadshow in select cities, allowing attendees and exhibitors to experience two shows in one and providing decorators with opportunities to meet equipment, software, supply and service providers face-to-face, see new wearables vendors, enjoy valuable education and network with other decorators.
All distributors are invited to attend the Advantages Roadshow for free, and can register on-site with a business card or can pre-register on each city’s to receive exclusive exhibitor specials and show updates in advance.
