TREVOSE, PA – May 31, 2018 – The Advertising Specialty Institute® today announced that ASI magazines won six more national Azbee Awards of Excellence and 12 regional awards, including six gold, in one of the nation’s largest and most competitive editorial contests.
The awards recognize ASI’s editorial expertise across a variety of categories, including humor, cover design, product showcases and company profiles.
“This is a fantastic haul of awards and represents a great honor for our editorial and design work over the past year,” said Andy Cohen, ASI’s vice president of editorial and marketing services. “These awards shine a light on the breadth and depth of the stories our reporters, editors and designers create every day in the service of our print and online readers. I’m thrilled at the recognition.”
The American Society of Business Publication Editors (ASBPE) annual Azbee Awards of Excellence recognize the best in editorial, design and online achievement in B-to-B, trade, association and professional publications and digital media. ASBPE represents 1,000 journalists for B-to-B publications. ASI’s magazines were honored at the 40th annual ASBPE national conference and Azbee awards banquet at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.
This year, more than 1,000 entries were submitted across 78 categories, with ASI magazines competing alongside publications like Architect and Cannabis Business Times.
