June 2025 New Features
These updates give you more flexibility and control across how you manage clients, stores, orders and inventory. It’s easier to personalize customer experiences, streamline backend processes and stay organized. The result: smoother workflows, less manual work and a better experience for both you and your clients.
ESP+ New Features
- Use Client-Specific Presentation Templates – Save time by easily using preset templates for each customer, so your presentations always feel personalized and consistent.
- See ASI Show® Participation on Supplier Pages – You can easily see which upcoming ASI Shows a supplier is attending, making it simple to plan meetings and connect in person at the event.
- Add Custom Tags to Organize Information – Tag companies, contacts and orders your way — making it fast and easy to search, filter and stay organized.
- Share Quotes, Orders & Invoices Anytime – Easily send quotes, orders and invoices to clients — even if they aren’t part of a project — so clients can view, approve, download or pay online.
- Easily Use Custom Images in Virtual Samples – When setting up a product in a store or presentation, you can upload and display your own product images. Now, those custom images are also available directly in the virtual sample tool, making it even easier to create professional, on-brand mockups — especially when using images pulled from supplier websites. You can also apply to your ESP+ Stores, if applicable.
- More Control Over Product Numbers in Presentations – You can now see the product number directly on the product card and while configuring a product. Plus, a new toggle gives you the option to include or hide the product number in presentations, giving you more flexibility in how you share product details with your customers.
ESP+ Websites New Features
- More Control Over Website Header & Footer – Customize your site’s header and footer to better match your brand and give clients a polished, professional online experience.
ESP+ Stores New Features
- Manually Track Store Inventory – Keep better control of your in-store inventory to prevent overselling, restock faster and create urgency when stock is running low.
- Flexible Store Order Processing – Choose how your store orders are handled: process each one separately or group multiple orders together to simplify vendor orders and reduce paperwork.
