These new features make Collections more useful than ever. Also, take advantage of several insightful new data points in your Order Dashboard that will provide powerful insights into the health and growth of your business.

ESP+ New Features

  • Select All Preferred Vendor Ranks When Filtering – Save time when searching by choosing “Select All”instead of having to manually select each one.
  • View Inventory Levels in Order Management and LTM Notifications – When the supplier’s product has a live inventory feed in ESP+, it’ll all be laid out in Order Management – no need to go to a supplier website. This is available when the supplier’s product has a live inventory feed to ESP+. Also, receive notifications when the purchasing quantity you’ve entered is less than the minimum.
  • Product Sections in Collections – Organize products into sections when setting up a Collection. This makes it easier for buyers to browse item type, color, supplier and more. If you have an ESP+ Website, any sections you’ve created will be present there, too.
  • Corporate Collections – If you’re a parent company distributor or franchise owner, this new feature lets you create Collections and share them, giving you a powerful way to both standardize your brand and offerings and collaborate with your entire organization. Note: Only account admins will see this feature. Your users will be able to filter to find these collections easily for their use.
  • Dashboard Enhanced – Your Order Dashboard now includes even more critical insights to help you manage and assess your business – Summary Comparative Analysis, Top Product Categories Sales, Top 5 Selling Customers, Suppliers, Salesperson, Store and Websites performance (if you have one). To get to your Dashboard, select Projects from the main navigation, then Dashboard.
  • Elevated Supplier Contact Info on Printouts and PDFs – When you create a PDF or print a Product Detail Page, you’ll now see supplier contact info at the top of the page, right under the product name. This enhancement is based on your requests to move this info higher!
  • Easier Order Sharing – Ever want to CC yourself or a colleague when sending an order to a client? Now you can!

ESP+ Websites’ and Stores New Features

  • ESP+ Websites’ New Features: Global Supplier Pricing Markups – Modify supplier charges by dollar amount or percentage, giving you another way to increase your profitability by increasing the charge for setup, shipping, artwork, etc. You can also decrease for price competitiveness.
  • ESP+ Stores New Features: Pay with Points – Our new ESP+ Store solution supports points for purchases, making it a great fit for employee recognition and other redemption-type programs! You assign an account balance to the store’s users either individually or import your users in bulk. Points can be set up with a conversion rate to dollars. This enables end-buyers to purchase products without a credit card. To enable this feature, go to Order Management within your store, then choose Payment Management, then Points to configure.
