ESP+ New Features

• Activity Dashboard – ESP+ now includes a dashboard that brings together your aggregated orders and analytics on a single screen. You’ll have a complete view of recent activity, top products, open tasks and orders summary by status. It’s great for collaborating with your team or getting a quick update.
• Preferred Vendor Price Notes – Keep better track of your preferred vendor relationships and associated pricing. Now you can see the notes, exceptions and details on available discounts and any other items you’ve added on your search results page.
• Add Setup & Other Custom Charges – Give your end-buyers more transparency earlier in the sales process. ESP+ now lets you automatically add your custom charges to presentations and quotes. No more manual addition of fees like optional upgrades or setup charges. Simply opt into this feature when you’re creating a Presentation.
• New: More Supplier Location Filters – Filter products by distance from a ZIP code or by U.S. state, giving you more flexible ways to find suppliers in your area.

ESP+ Websites New Features

• Make Global Price Adjustments – Save time by adjusting all or some product pricing in the price calculator with a single update to a Presentation. Input changes for profit margin, a fixed amount or a percentage. No more one-off changes!
• Error-Proof Your Orders – Designate required fields for Quotes, Orders, Sample Requests and Invoices. This is a smart way to minimize errors and fields left blank. Select Order Document Requirements in your Sales Management settings; each type of document can have its own rules, giving you even more flexibility in your setup.
• Manage User Accounts – View all of your ESP+ Website users in your website’s admin portal for quick access to their orders and account information.
