Facilisgroup (asi/475998), a software-as-a-service company and partnering community for the promotional products industry, has introduced a new name for its software product.

Over the past 15 years, Facilisgroup, which has locations in St. Louis and Ottawa, ON, has used its proprietary software solution @ease to provide its 185 distributor partners with technology that the organization says increases efficiencies while delivering business growth. As the technology has evolved, however, the company says the @ease name “doesn’t quite capture the innovative spirit” behind the software.

Therefore, @ease has now become Syncore.

“Syncore also symbolizes that our partners are the core of our business,” Ashley McCune, president of Facilisgroup, said in a press release. “That, coupled with the unique synergy our incredible Facilisgroup community brings to all that are a part of it, really captures what our software means to our partners - and what they mean to us.”

Additionally, Facilisgroup has announced the launch of its newly designed website, featuring current technological solutions, professional development opportunities, industry news and a peek into the exclusive Facilisgroup community.

“We’re proud of our brand evolution,” McCune said.

The company also has a location in Ottawa, ON.
