Step 2: Decorator Membership Qualifications

To qualify, you need to furnish a decorating service that either screen prints, embroiders, engraves the advertiser’s slogan, message or logo onto the item that is supplied to you.

For ASI to process your membership application you will need:

• To complete your application, including the Terms & Conditions Page.
• To provide payment.
  

Membership Fee

The ASI membership fee is $595 and there is a one-time only, non-refundable application fee of $150. You can become an ASI member by simply completing the application and faxing it to 1-800-737-0393.
