Employee Training & Industry Education


ASI realizes the importance of training and educating its employees so they can grow. Employees are given the resources and encouragement to learn new skills, enhance/upgrade existing skills and stretch themselves professionally. Read more below.

Employee Training & Industry Education

To prepare and educate our employees on the advertising specialty industry, our company and our products, we offer the following monthly, in-house training classes: ASI Knowledge, Basic Membership Competition, Product Training and adhoc training, as needed.

All classes are interactive, free and occur during normal business hours with various learning options: Instructor led in the classroom or via webinar or self paced computer based training.

ASI also offers leadership and development courses like FISH training and Hiring for Attitude and Supporting Employees who are Experiencing Crisis and Family Loss, presented by Dr. Steve Treat. Most recently, Ken Blanchard, co-author of The One Minute Manager® spoke to ASI employees about how to lead employees to greatness and help them contribute to a growing organization, while maintaining a balanced life. In addition, ASI has a Mentor Program to provide ASI employees with the opportunity to learn through one-on-one guidance and coaching from another ASI employee.

Tuition Reimbursement


Tuition reimbursement is available for several educational needs, including: college degrees, professional certification, workshops/seminars and scholarships. Employees may receive reimbursement for all approved job-related courses taken at an accredited technical school or college.
