CAPPA Evening Program
Face to Face with Tim Andrews at CAPPA Meeting on Thursday, Oct. 13, 2005.
Tim Andrews traveled to San Marcos, Texas, to present one of his famous Face to Face sessions to 30 members of CAPPA (Corridor Area Promotional Products Association). He reviewed his “Top Things I Would do Today, if I Were You Tip List”, and addressed questions about a variety of topics, including: the ASI and SAAGNY relationship, the vision for the future of ASI, and the impact of events, like the Kenfair Show in Las Vegas, which allows suppliers and distributors to come in and deal with overseas suppliers directly. |

Tim Andrews presented to members and board leaders of TSPPA (Tri-State Promotional Products Association) for a Face to Face session in Cincinnati, OH. An audience
of more than 30 were inquisitive and learned more
about the different roles that ASI and PPAI play
within the industry, the hot issues surrounding end-buyers
going direct to suppliers and why China was named
the Counselor ‘Person of the Year’ for

Tim Andrews, president of ASI, was keynote speaker at the PPAMS (Promotional Products Association of the Mid-South) Tenth Anniversary Trade Show on Friday, August 12. Tim offered industry insights to an audience of 72 and started off with his “Top Things I Would Do Today, If I Were You” tip list. He also covered hot topics, including the impacts that China is having upon the promotional products business. HPPA Membership Meeting
Timothy M. Andrews was a featured speaker to address colleagues in the promotional products industry at the HPPA (Houston Promotional Products Association) membership dinner meeting on June 8th. The meeting included tabletop product displays from HPPA members and was a wonderful opportunity to keep up-to-date on important aspects of the promotional products industry.Hot topics covered included what ASI’s role is

MiPPA May Education Day
Tim's Face to Face Gets Attendees Asking Questions on May 4th, 2005.
ASI president, Tim Andrews, spoke to the attendees of the MiPPA (Michigan Promotional Products Association) May Education Day in Troy, Michigan.

These sessions are a win-win for both ASI and the members of regional associations, like MiPPA. and explained the role of ASI in the industry. He then
ended the session with his renowned question and answer
session, a period where attendees shared what was on
their minds about a variety of topics. |

GAPPP Luncheon
Featured Speaker at GAPPP Luncheon meeting on February 24th, 2005.
Tim Andrews was invited to speak to 64 colleagues in the promotional products industry at the GAPPP (Georgia Association of Promotional Products Professionals) luncheon meeting on February 24th in Norcross , GA.
Tim offered industry insights on importing and the supplier-distributor relationship, delivered his "top things I would do today, if I were you" tip list, and explained the role of ASI in the industry. It then ended with his renowned question and answer session, a period when attendees can share what's on their minds about any topic. This session also turned out to be a great success.
“This Face to Face session was very informative for our members. We had 50 percent more in attendance than we normally do, and Tim addressed some major industry concerns, as well as shared his thoughts on many issues. We enjoyed having him," said John W. Patterson, MAS, Executive Director of GAPPP.
PPAC Education Day
Featured Speaker at PPAC Education Day, October 20, 2004.
Tim Andrews was invited to speak at the Promotional Products Association of Chicago’s Education Day on October 20. The session was a success, with nearly 30 attendees. Tim addressed the importance of doing business with North American suppliers, what ASI’s role is within the industry and then hosted an extensive question and answer period.
Dino Bartolomei (asi/031840), Education Chair of PPAC, said this after the session: “Tim was a great speaker! Our board was very happy with our turnout and Tim's speaking style. Member feedback was very positive! Look forward to working with you on future engagements.”
Bob Gergen, of Scholastic Enterprises (asi/320790), exclaimed, “The meeting with Tim Andrews was very good - he is a leader with a strong business background. Tim is in the process of changing ASI to be more customer-friendly, while combining more services for less money.”
